For every lost soul out there who needs to hear this, hey. Know that no matter where you are right now, you are not unseen, unknown or alone. There are so many people just like you, dealing with the same things, feeling the same feelings. You may feel lonely, but you are not alone.I want to remind you of something. You feel like in life, you too easily let the problems you have become your whole identity. If you have an addiction, you say you're an addict. If you have depression, you say "I am depressed." But, those are lies you live out of, not the truth of who you are.No matter what addiction, struggle, depression, anxiety, difficulty, tragedy, trauma, relational problem or anything else you are dealing with or have dealt with, that is NOT who you are. You are a beautiful gift to the world. You are seen. You are known. You are cared about.Look up and see the light today. There are millions of beautiful things in this world and your life is one of them. There are millions of things to live for and millions of paths to healing.
